A wide range of contracts make up the company’s workload ranging from £3 million sub-contracts on major schemes to minor highway works and drainage connections.  A typical contract would be groundworks in the range £0.5 million to £1 million.

AREA OF OPERATION

The company’s area of operation covers key market areas in East Anglia and the East Midlands including Peterborough, Cambridge, Bedford, Leicester, Lincoln and Kings Lynn.

OUR WORKFORCE

A directly employed workforce of over 70 includes many long term employees whose skills and application are the backbone of the company.  A positive approach to recruiting young people to work alongside experienced workers has established a good base for the future.  Internal and external training schemes are used to develop skills to compliment site experience.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Health and Safety of the workforce is our priority and CSCS certification is a basic requirement for all employees.  Plant operators are similarly CPCS or CMPE certified.

We encourage a culture of health and safety awareness and compliance at all times and are proud of our exemplary record.

Our Managers are all SMSTS certified and Supervisors all SSSTS certified.

PLANT

A wide range of modern equipment is managed and maintained by our Plant Fitter in a well equipped workshop.  A policy of continuous replacement ensures that plant is reliable and efficient and reflects the positive image of the company.
