QUALITY MANAGEMENT POLICY

It is Acrabuild (Anglia) Ltd’s policy to apply effective quality management to our business and to achieve quality objectives in a reliable and cost-effective manner consistent with our customers’ needs and expectations by establishing a quality management system.

Acrabuild (Anglia) Ltd supports its commitment to continual improvement to the effectiveness of the quality management system by way of regular reviews.

Overall and final responsibility for quality rests with the Managing Director who will ensure that the quality system is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the adopted International Standard BS EN ISO 9001 and ensuring quality objectives are established.

All company personnel are required to use and support the quality system and to seek continuous improvement of procedures, products and services to meet customer, statutory and regulatory requirements.
